Though the dining room took the most hours, our master bedroom had the most individual projects. We tore out the carpet and had the hardwood refinished. We tore out all the window trim. We installed crown molding. We then cut the window trim down 1" and reinstalled it. We installed trim around the closets and new shoe molding on all the base boards. We moved the door from the inside of the room to the outside. Lastly, we painted the walls, ceiling, trim, and all the doors. Basically, there isn't an inch of this room that we didn't work on.
For furniture, we are waiting for our bed arrive (king size!) and we are going to order plantation shutters for the windows. We also plan to replace the ceiling fan sometime in the near future. Here is the after picture:
